"What an evening! As you know, we celebrated our daughter's wedding on Sunday at Bacchus. Everything was outstanding! The venue speaks for itself and the entire staff were accommodating, professional and made sure the entire evening flowed as planned. Our guests commented on the wonderful service provided throughout the evening. Didier (General Manager), you are the consummate in-charge person. Chef Andrew, you created an interesting and delicious meal, as evidenced by the spontaneous applause that broke out when you came into the dining room to congratulate our daughter. So many said that not only was it the best meal they had enjoyed at a wedding, but it was one of the best meals they had ever eaten. Thank you, Chef Andrew, for also fixing the wedding cake mishap (our fault), without skipping a beat.
Tricia, you are so helpful, competent and creative. It was a pleasure to work with you in preparation for the event. You coordinated everything beforehand, and during the event, you put any and all concerns to rest. You are truly a valuable asset for Bacchus. Our family and all our guests had a fabulous time. The kudos were bountiful.

First let me start off by apologizing for this taking so long. It has been a little over 6 weeks since we renewed our vows at Bacchus. We cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work for our event. Planning these types of parties is hard enough under normal circumstances, but with us being in Hawaii and you there I am sure it was even more challenging. You did a masterful job! Every single detail was perfect. You and your staff were there the night of the party to take care of everything for us. I can’t tell you enough how impressed we were with every single member of your staff. They were attentive, helpful to all, and always seemed to be around when someone needed them. Patrick our bartender was amazing and with our group had the biggest job that night and he did not disappoint. The food was beyond belief. Our family and friends are still talking about how good every single item was. I see now why Bacchus is considered a premier restaurant in Milwaukee. We are hoping to come back into town and have dinner so we can sample some of the other items on your menu. Everybody had such a wonderful time that evening and you and your staff made it a night that Helene and I will look back on with such good memories.
