For Afternoon Weddings, Bacchus provides:
* Use of facility for 5 hours (Guests must depart at 4:00 p.m.)
* Includes the following areas: Bar, Conservatory, Main Dining Room, Private Dining Room, Library and Library Patio
* Use of all tables and chairs
* Valet parking is available for your guests at $4 per car
For Private Evening Weddings, Bacchus provides:
* Use of the entire facility until midnight
* Includes the following areas: Bar, Conservatory, Main Dining Room, Private Dining Room, Library and Library Patio
* Use of all tables and chairs
* Valet parking is available for your guests at $4 per car
Guidelines and Restrictions are as follows:
* Management reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to any guest
* Ceremonies may be held at Bacchus. A surcharge applies to all ceremonies
* Music may be played until 3:45 p.m./10:45 p.m.
* Name cards (alphabetized), table accessories, etc. must be given to the Catering Director at least 24 hours prior to the wedding
* A $2.00 per person cake cutting fee applies to all cakes/sweets brought into Bacchus
* All Decorations must be approved by Catering Director
