I just wanted to let you know that we had a phenomenal time tonight! Chef Zak out did himself! The food was truly amazing. And, I must tell you, that you were totally right about the first course with the egg. It was really delicious, as were all of the other courses. Everyone raved about each and every course served!
The wines also were super delicious and complimented the courses extremely well!
Everything was exactly how I had hoped, but even better! My husband and I couldn't have been happier or more appreciative. It was a wonderful evening!

Couldn't wait too long to extend our thanks to you and all of the staff that serviced Dave and Emily's wedding on Sunday. It was stellar from start to finish. There isn't anyone I've heard of that wasn't made to feel cared for in the most elegant and classy way that we had hoped for. I will never forget the scene of your wait staff lining the walkway as the trolley arrived with the bridal party (and parents) to serve them Champagne, etc. Felt like I was in a movie.
Your attention to every detail (with a smile on your face) was an amazing blessing to all of us. Emily connected with you the first time she met you last spring, and was so excited to work with you; and you proved to be all we were hoping for for this epic event in our daughter's life.

My daughter had her wedding reception at Lake Park Bistro on October 18th. Because of the tireless efforts of Lindsay Schuemann the entire event was perfect. Lindsay guided us in our decision making throughout the process. The day of the wedding I pulled my hamstring, rendering me wheelchair bound and useless! Lindsay served our table extra appetizers and I couldn’t join our guests on the patio. She gathered table arrangements for me at the end of the reception. Her kindness never ended and was appreciated by all.

Thank you again for arranging our program this past week. The Bartolotta Restaurants always exceed expectations. We had a wonderful program and the service and food were perfect. Milwaukee is so fortunate to have such a great offering of restaurants from the Bartolotta’s. The food is remarkable, but again and again it is the level of service that blows us away. We also own a business (health club) and find that good staff makes the difference, but they are hard to find—anyone can come and build a bigger, fancier building, but the staff is what makes the difference in the evening. Whatever you are doing to train the staff, you are doing it better than anyone else… so, thank you for providing Milwaukee with unmatched dining experiences!
